Former UNC star quarterback Sam Howell missed only one start for the Tar Heels during his distinguished college career. Howell's missed start also marked Jacolby Criswell's only appearance as a starting quarterback in his five seasons on the college level. The needle on that solitary number finally moves again Saturday afternoon against James Madison.
