Men's Golf Tied For 2nd At Olympia Fields


David Ford shot 2-under-par to lead the UNC men's golf team to a tie for second place after round one of the Olympia Fields/Fighting Illini Invitational Friday. The Tar Heels shot 1-under-279 and are tied with Florida and Georgia Tech, six strokes behind day one leader Arizona State. Ford made four birdies en route to his 43rd career round in the 60s.
