Indianapolis’ Josh Downs finally made his season debut, and Houston’s British Brooks got his first NFL carry in Week 3. After missing preseason and the first two games with a high ankle sprain, the second-year wide receiver helped the Colts get their first win in three games. Drake Maye, M.J.
