If Mack Brown were to announce now that this will be his last season, it would give the team one last thing to fight for. It would also take away the cloud that’ll hover over the team the rest of the season. It would turn this season into what it should be—a celebration of a Hall of Fame coach’s final act restoring the UNC football program to even footing.
