Two first half goals, sealed by a late score in the match lifted No. 7 North Carolina over College of Charleston, 3-0, in non-conference action on Tuesday night at Dorrance Field. UNC (7-1-3, 3-1-0 ACC) jumped out to a fast start, as Andrew Czech's cross found Tate Johnson, using the left foot to find the bottom corner in just the ninth minute.
