QB struggles and injuries prove to be tough obstacles for UNC, FSU, and NC State

The plan seemed straightforward for Florida State: find a veteran quarterback in the transfer portal, then plug him in for the reigning ACC champion and preseason favorite to win it again. UNC and N.C. State made similar bets for their offenses. Yet things have gone awry. For now, the teams can only try to polish that QB play and hope for a breakthrough. (Associated Press)
