North Carolina kept coming up with second-half comebacks on Saturday afternoon before finding another excruciating way to lose. The Tar Heels stumbled short of the finish line and fell to Georgia Tech 41-34 in ACC football at Kenan Stadium, with Jamal Haynes' tiebreaking 68-yard touchdown burst with 16 seconds remaining becoming the difference.
