The way Ken Browning sees it, anyone could have seen how special Julius Peppers was. The size, the speed, the vision — it didn't take being an accomplished college football coach to know that Peppers was going to make your team better. What separated Peppers, and what made Browning's defenses at UNC so dominant, was a growth mindset.
