UNC sat fifth-year senior R.J. Davis as a precaution after he suffered a lower-back contusion in Saturday's Blue-White game. So on Tuesday, Elliot Cadeau and Seth Trimble made up UNC's starting backcourt. In place of Davis — who averaged an ACC-high 21.1 points per game last season —both guards turned in exceptional preseason performances. (Inside Carolina)
