Donavan Tate and Morgan Alexander look forward to playing against each other
Posted Dec 28, 2008
Morgan Alexander has played in the same offensive and defensive backfields with Donavan Tate since the two were in middle school. But that will change next season. Alexander committed to NC State last month, while Tate, one of the best high school baseball players in America, committed to rival North Carolina to play both sports. While it’s likely Tate will be a high pick in the June 2009 Major League Baseball Draft, he might decide to honor his commitment to play quarterback for the Tar Heels.
