RJ Davis faces ex-Alabama guard Ryan Griffen, whose defense contributed to rough shooting game

RJ Davis remembers the last time he faced Ryan Griffen. It didn’t go well. With the 6-6 guard aggressively defending him all game, Davis missed all nine 3-point attempts and was 4 of 20 shooting in UNC's 89-87 Sweet 16 loss to Alabama. After helping the Tide make the Final Four, Griffen transferred to Kansas and likely will guard Davis again Friday. (Tar Heel Tribune)
