American has been picked second in the Patriot League's predicted order of finish for this season. All five of American's projected starters are multi-year players in the program, including fifth-year seniors Matt Rogers and Colin Smalls. Rogers was named the Patriot League Preseason Player of the Year. He earned All-Patriot first-team recognition last season. (Inside Carolina)
