Leslie McDonald's Heroics Push Briarcrest Past Benedictine

In basketball, not many players have the ability to rank consistently high on the proverbial clutch factor. But what Leslie McDonald did during the remaining 57 seconds of the final Arby’s Classic quarterfinal Monday couldn’t be measured with rank or even a number. In all honesty, the performance simply can stand on its own just fine. With Briarcrest Christian School down nine points with 1:42 left, McDonald went for eight points– including an off-balance, game-winning 3-pointer.
