UNC recruit Kendall Marshall always loved Tar Heels


Growing up in Arlington, Va., just outside of Washington, D.C., dreamed of playing for North Carolina's Tar Heels. “We were a family that really liked North Carolina,” he said. “We were always watching them on TV.” So when Marshall blossomed into one of the nation's best high school point guards and Tar Heel coach offered him a scholarship before his junior season, it didn't take long for Marshall to take it.
