UNC Escapes Early Maui Loss, Learns From Kansas Game In Win vs. Dayton


Monday was North Carolina's second time trailing by more than 20 points in a game this season. Kansas led UNC by as many as 20 at Allen Fieldhouse less than three weeks ago, but Carolina stormed back to the point of taking a late four-point lead. The Tar Heels let the game slip away on that night, so they set out to avoid the same ending in Maui. (Inside Carolina)
