Tulane head football coach Jon Sumrall and Georgia defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann are considered among the top coaching candidates to replace Mack Brown. Sumrall has a 32-6 (.842) record in three years as a head coach. Schumann has engineered a pair of top-five defenses at Georgia and has lured countless 5-star recruits to Athens.
