Where does Chapel Hill rank among the top college towns in the country?

We already know that Chapel Hill, North Carolina is among the elite college towns in America, but just how highly does Blue Heaven rank on the list? Andy Katz revealed his top 10 college towns, which obviously include North Carolina. Chapel Hill came in at No. 4 on the list, as it is the only ACC college community represented among the top 10.
