5 Big questions for the ACC
Posted Jan 4, 2009
Will North Carolina go through the ACC undefeated? The Tar Heels are likely to become the first team to finish 16-0 since Duke in 1999. Reigning national player of the year Tyler Hansbrough, above, and the Tar Heels are 13-0 and have been ranked No. 1 all season. The closest things to a quick turnaround they have are Jan. 15 at Virginia and Jan. 17 versus Miami. Potential stumbles are Jan. 11 (at Wake Forest), Jan. 31 (at N.C. State) and Feb. 11 (at Duke).
