UNC Basketball Shakes Off Georgia Tech To End Skid

UNC didn't break its bad habits Saturday, but at least the outcome resulted in a victory. The No. 20 Tar Heels survived Georgia Tech 68-65 in the ACC league opener for both teams at the Smith Center, and snapped their three-game losing skid in the process. That this became a low-scoring dogfight against the third-worst ACC team in the NET Rankings.
