Bill Belichick's Transfer Portal Emphasis; Ryan Browne Upside; New UNC Defense


Incoming North Carolina transfer quarterback Ryan Browne is underrated. There's a whole lot to develop there. There's a lot of potential. When I watched film on Browne at Purdue, I asked why he was ranked as the No. 33 quarterback in the portal. My eyes tell me that he should be ranked above all but maybe 2-3 quarterbacks in the transfer portal rankings. (Inside Carolina)
