UNC Football's four-game losing streak was rendered negligible by tragedy. Wide receiver Tylee Craft, who had been battling a rare form of lung cancer for more than two years, died the day of the Tar Heels' game against Georgia Tech. Craft had been in good spirits most of his fight, but his conditioned rapidly deteriorated in the weeks preceding his death.
