UNC Offers 5-Star Point Guard Deron Rippey Jr.

Five-star guard Deron Rippey Jr. received a scholarship offer from UNC basketball coach Hubert Davis on Monday. Hailing from Blair Academy in New Jersey, the 6-foot-2 point guard is the No. 21 ranked player and No. 5 ranked point guard in 2026 recruiting class and becomes the seventh player on UNC's 2026 basketball recruiting board to receive an offer.
