Heels back on winning track

It might not have placated those who worry North Carolina isn't strong enough defensively. Or those who are concerned about Marcus Ginyard's health. But it soothed the frayed nerves of UNC fans who were concerned after the Tar Heels lost their first game of the season. The Tar Heels returned to their winning ways on Wednesday against College of Charleston, taking advantage of a 24-point effort from Tyler Hansbrough to beat the Cougars 108-70.
