Former Tar Heels make transfer decisions: Noah Burnette to Notre Dame, Michael Merdinger to Liberty

Two former North Carolina Tar Heels football players have chosen their transfer destinations. Kicker Noah Burnette has committed to Notre Dame, while quarterback Michael Merdinger is headed to Liberty.
