UNC, NC State delivered a compelling ending — to a game that underscored ACC’s mediocrity

Let’s start with the good, because there was some good on Saturday during an NC State vs. UNC basketball game that will not exactly be remembered for its artistic merit. The ending was compelling, for one: N.C. State attempting to complete a comeback in the final minutes; the Tar Heels attempting to hold on. Also good: It came down to the final play.
