Michael Lombardi shuts down rumors about Bill Belichick’s unsigned UNC contract

On Thursday, CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones reported Bill Belichick has yet to sign a finalized contract with UNC. However, UNC General Manager Michael Lombardi quickly shut down the rumors. "Bill is recruiting in DC today and Baltimore tomorrow. His focus is on North Carolina football...The NFL isn't an option, so please stop making it one. Thank you." (Sporting News)
