UNC QB Situation, Top Transfer Additions, and Portal Updates

It was my feeling that Bill Belichick and the UNC Football staff is going all in on incoming transfer Ryan Browne, as far as their quarterback. Everything that I was hearing from people close to the situation was that Browne became the guy. Incoming freshman quarterback Bryce Baker also has a chance to come in and actually compete for the starting job. (Inside Carolina)
