North Carolina's loss to Wake Forest was another brutal defeat they could not afford after the Stanford game. They were on the cusp of playing their way off the bubble two games ago. They may be closer to doing that now but in the wrong direction. They wouldn't be in the Tournament as of now. They haven't made the structural changes this season.
