New Zaxbys location to open on Franklin Street

Zaxbys is set to open a new location on 127 East Franklin Street between Blue Horn Lounge and Cold Stone Creamery. The Town is doing a good job of approving developments, including the new Zaxbys location, which stimulates the economy year-round, Jeri Lynn Schulke, Downtown Chapel Hill Partnership executive director, said.
