UNC's Ginyard may sit longer

North Carolina coach Roy Williams expected defensive stopper Marcus Ginyard to practice Friday. But that was up in the air, as was a Ginyard appearance in Sunday's game at No. 4 Wake Forest or anything else in the near future. Williams said the coaches were considering holding him out "a little bit, just seeing him rehab and letting him get back to that point where he was in the past."
