Bill Belichick Targeting Maryland Assistant Lance Thompson for UNC Football Staff

Bill Belichick is targeting Maryland assistant coach Lance Thompson for a position on his North Carolina Football staff. Thompson interviewed last weekend in Chapel Hill, according to a source, and it is not yet confirmed whether or not he will be a position coach at UNC. Thompson has coached the inside linebackers at Maryland the last three seasons. (Inside Carolina)
