UNC projected for First Four, among ‘last 4 in’ entering Pitt game


Even after surviving what would have been a devastating home loss to Boston College, North Carolina’s NCAA tournament hopes are teetering as the Tar Heels enter a tough four-game stretch. Only 52 of 85 bracket projections on Bracket Matrix have North Carolina in the tournament field, with the average seed being the third-highest No. 11 seed. (Tar Heel Tribune)
