UNC Football Swoops In, Signs S.C. Defensive Tackle Yasir Smith


UNC Football has swiped from East Carolina. The 6-foot-5, 265-pound defensive lineman committed to the Tar Heels on Tuesday. Smith, a Summerville (S.C.) High product, officially visited East Carolina last weekend. On Monday, UNC offered. East Tennessee State, Florida Atlantic, Georgia State, and Charleston Southern also offered Smith.
