Pete Nance Waived By Philadelphia 76ers


The Philadelphia 76ers waived former UNC center on Thursday, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports. Nance, who was on a two-way contract, was forced to make way after the 76ers acquired Jared Butler from Washington. Nance made a total of seven appearances for the 76ers, averaging 2.1 points and 1.4 rebounds in 9.7 minutes. (CBS Sports)
