North Carolina Fights Past Pitt, 67-66

Desperately in need of correcting its course, North Carolina finally took a step in the right direction on Saturday. Barely. The Tar Heels fought past Pittsburgh 67-66 in ACC basketball at the Smith Center, and picked up a victory they surely hope can begin to engineer a turnaround after losing four of their previous games. R.J. Davis delivered 18 points.
