Will Alberto Osuna be eligible? Tennessee baseball transfer files complaint against NCAA


has filed a complaint against the NCAA in federal court in his pursuit of an added season of eligibility, according to documents obtained by Knox News. Osuna, a former junior college first baseman who transferred to Tennessee from North Carolina in late January, is following the legal argument made by Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia.
