UNC Football's Transfer Portal Work Starts Inside and Isn't Done Yet

Bill Belichick was named the head football coach at North Carolina on December 11, two days after the opening of the winter transfer portal window. This meant that while the 72-year old was adjusting to the ins and outs of running a college football program, head coaches across the country were already busy making preparations for their 2025 rosters.
