Bill Belichick Offers Two Penn State Football Commits

North Carolina football coach Bill Belichick is trying to flip two Penn State verbal commits. A significant position of need for PSU the past two seasons, wide receiver is a spot James Franklin’s staff remains committed to fixing. On Tuesday, North Carolina offered 4-star Jahsiear Rogers and 3-star Lavar Keys. Both are coveted recruits in the Class of 2026.
