UNC Basketball alumni are mad about the Smith Center disappearing. Chancellor Lee Roberts is no match for a battalion of Tar Heels who don’t want their home to be replaced. Ever since Roberts did a soft roll-out of his idea for a new arena, the Carolina Basketball Family has united in objection to the prospect of an off-campus multi-use development. (Chapelboro.com)
