Bill Belichick Opens First Spring Practice at UNC With No Numbers on Jerseys


UNC held its first spring football practice under Tuesday with blank jerseys. No numbers is not the norm on a college football practice field. During the last several coaching regimes, the Tar Heels held spring practice with players wearing their typical numbers. Belichick did the same thing with the Patriots until the NFL made him stop in 2016. (Inside Carolina)
