Bill Belichick's Spring Practice Signals Personality Shift For Carolina Football

Bill Belichick met with the media on Wednesday to speak about the start of spring practice at North Carolina, and he signed off from his media session with the faint blow of a whistle. Belichick took his whistle from under the podium in his press conference, gave it a quick test and smiled to himself as he made his way to UNC's indoor practice facility.
