UNC Baseball Suffers First Loss of the Season

UNC Baseball suffered its first loss of the 2025 season Friday against Stanford, 13-9. The Tar Heels' best start to a season under coach Scott Forbes ended at 13 straight wins. It is the most victories to start the year for UNC since 2013 when Mike Fox's team went 16-0. The bats got going early for Carolina with three runs in the bottom of the first. (GoHeels.com)
