Frank Haith: We play better with chip on shoulder


While most power conference teams can get away with a loss and remain on the radar, the Hurricanes are learning they are still fighting for respect at the national level. The chance to prove the doubters wrong comes tonight at No. 5 North Carolina on ESPN. "I think it's just because of the perception of what they think Miami is," coach Frank Haith said. "We lose one game and we're off the map. When you look at other teams, we're not looked on at the same level." (Orlando Sentinel)
