North Carolina native Trashawn Ruffin committed to Texas A&M on Oct. 18, one month after receiving an offer from UNC. Bill Belichick's staff has prioritized the 2026 4-star defensive tackle. Ruffin, who plans on taking an official visit to Carolina later this year, was on campus last weekend and spoke about his visit, where the Tar Heels stand, and more.
