Former UNC head football coach Mack Brown has put his beach house on North Carolina’s Figure Eight Island up for sale. The property is listed for $12.75 million. It comes fully furnished with five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and 5,701 total square feet. The Atlantic Ocean is visible from the home and the beach is just a stone’s throw from the back door.
