The consensus is that the Tar Heels need to beat Notre Dame in Wednesday’s ACC Tournament second round, then knock off Wake Forest in the quarterfinals, and Duke in Friday’s semifinals to make the NCAA Tournament. Short of that, UNC will need help from other teams on the bubble. Here's a rundown of the Tar Heels’ competition to make the field.
