With a chef’s kiss — several, actually — UNC easily moved into the ACC Tournament quarterfinals. Forward Jae'Lyn Withers’ signature celebration after 3-pointers spelled doom for No. 12-seed Notre Dame as he scored 21 points and seven 3-pointers, both career-highs, and the Tar Heels rolled to a 76-56 second-round victory Wednesday in Charlotte.
