How Memphis Helped Give UNC Final Spot In 2025 NCAA Tournament Field

Memphis won the American Athletic Conference regular-season title before going on to defeat UAB 84-72 on Sunday in the AAC Tournament championship game, which concluded about 20 minutes before the start of the NCAA Tournament selection show on CBS. It turns out, that win for the Tigers also acted as an all-important victory for the Tar Heels. (Inside Carolina)
