West Virginia governor questions UNC official's role in NCAA Tournament selection

West Virginia's governor called attention to financial incentives in UNC athletics director Bubba Cunningham's contract Monday, implying they may have played a role in the Tar Heels securing a spot in the men's basketball NCAA Tournament over West Virginia. Cunningham served as the chairman of the NCAA Tournament selection committee this year.
