Bill Belichick shows off recruiting impact as UNC pulls a power move

Bill Belichick has nabbed his biggest recruit yet since landing at UNC, by getting him to flip from an SEC power. Trashawn Ruffin, a 4-star recruit at defensive tackle acknowledged the commitment on his social media channels that he has committed to play for Belichick’s Tar Heels for 2026. Ruffin is a junior at North Duplin High School in Mt. Olive, NC.
